HVMC Valuations guarantees a fair and documented valuation by its specialists and colleagues, who index furniture, paintings, works of art, jewellery, books, wines, coins and much more besides in a detailed report.
Towns and cities including Aix-en-Provence, Digne, Lyon, Sète and Maisons-Laffitte have already chosen us to value their assets.
They have perfectly understood the importance of preserving the common good in the event of an accident or disaster (theft, vandalisation, fire, water damage, etc.).

Public or private ASSETS

Whatever the value of the assets, it is essential to be able to prove their existence and value in the event of an accident or disaster.
Old invoices or photographs are not sufficient; it is recommended that an inventory of valuable items is drawn up with a view to insuring them.

An insured person,  victim of an accident must be able to prove the existence and value of their moveable assets. A preliminary valuation of assets by means of a descriptive and valuation inventory is the most effective way to guarantee that your rights will be protected when a claim is made on the policy.

Appraisers Franck Baille and Chantal Beauvois come recommended by insurance firms. They have been providing services for private estates, regardless of value, since 1982, as well as for public assets, such as the Musées de Mai and the Pétrole Hahn, Vasarely and Van Gogh foundations.

Many injustices occur following a death.

To the pain of losing a parent or loved one is added the difficult moment when the estate must be shared out or broken up, with internal family relationships sometimes also involved at the same time.

We have been working at the heart of such situations for 40 years. Sometimes, we get involved following unfair distribution of assets due to incompetent or dishonest actors, which are unfortunately all too common in this poorly protected field.

Available and attentive, with the ability to draw on the expertise of a dozen internal and external colleagues, we offer our skills to assist with estate distribution and, where required, sale.

We work with notaries, lawyers, judges, court administrators, guardians, asset managers or, simply and more directly, heirs themselves
