64 p. on sheets of vellum skin to which have been added 3 ff. covered with another script. 12 to 13 lines per page.
Frame painted in gold adorning each page - titles in gold letters and blue ink - headings - painted initials, some decorated - culs-delampe
in rosettes.

The manuscript contains in particular "Litanies of the Virgin Mary", stanzas "To the Guardian Angel", the "Hymn of Saint Cecilia",
