Les traits du visage sont caractéristiques des masques comiques du théâtre antique Grec et Romain.
L’expression facial exagérée et transcrite par des sourcils froncés à l’extrême, des rides frontales profondes, et la bouche grande ouverte. Le visage est encadré par une chevelure épaisse de mèches creusées. La bouche quant à elle béante, est encadrée par une large moustache reprenant la chevelure. Les pupilles sont profondément creusées, accentuant le regard théâtral.

A Revival 19th Century or anterior Marble theatrical comic Mask. The facial features are characteristic of the comic masks of ancient Greek and Roman theater.
The exaggerated facial expression is transcribed by extremely furrowed eyebrows, deep forehead wrinkles, and a wide open mouth. The face is framed by thick hair of hollowed-out locks. The mouth, for its part, is gaping and is framed by a large mustache covering the hair. The pupils are deeply hollow, accentuating the theatrical look.
